I ordered a pair of shoes from Shopbop and, the checkout part was totally fine. I got the order confirmation quickly, so at first I figured everything was good. But then the tracking was just weird. It sat there with no updates for a couple of days, and I had no idea if the shoes had actually shipped or if I was just sitting around waiting for nothing. Then all the updates suddenly showed up at once, which didn’t exactly make me feel better. The package did arrive in the end and the shoes were fine, but the whole tracking situation made me feel kind of stupid for trusting that everything was actually moving along. Not the worst experience, but definitely not amazing either.
